Registered 'Lifetime' Sex Offender Reports Move To Poughkeepsie
A registered "lifetime" sexual offender convicted of raping an 11-year-old girl has reported a move in Dutchess County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Dutchess residents regarding the residency of 42-year-old Anthony Rodriguez, who has reported a move to a residence on Main Street in Poughkeepsie.
