Third Time's A Charm: Carmel School Bond Proposals Both Approved The third time was the charm for voters in Carmel, who finally approved two capital bond propositions to address needs throughout the school district. On Tuesday, March 26, voters approved a $16,623,404 proposal that will address critical infrastructure issues, as well as a $10,925,736 proposition that will update the district’s current aging and out-of-compliance transportation facility.
