The unidentified teen was charged after jail officers discovered the identification card she presented belonged to someone else and that she had an active order of protection involving the inmate she was visiting, said Capt. John Watterson.

The teen was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the City of Poughkeepsie Court on Sept. 25.
