Dover Man Charged With Burglary

DOVER, N.Y. -- A Dover man was charged with burglary on Sunday after stealing air conditioning units from a Holsapple Road shed in February, according to New York State Police.

Thomas C Brown Jr., 31, was arraigned in the Town of Amenia Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $25,000 bond police said.

Brown will appear again in court on a later date, police said.
