Francesca Vinciguerra, 94, Of Pawling

PAWLING, N.Y. – Francesca Vinciguerra, a former resident of Pawling and the Bronx, died Sunday, July 24. She was 94.

Born Dec.12, 1921, in Sicily, she was the daughter of Calogero and Vincenza (Aromantico) Montalbano.

She worked as a dress maker at Martino Dress Shop in the Bronx. She enjoyed traveling and was a history buff.

She is survived by her son, Joseph and his wife, Michelle of Pawling; two sisters, GiuGiu DiPizza and Anna Zarbo, both of Sicily; three grandchildren, Jesse, Benjamin, and Lauren; and three great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Salvatore.
