Alexis Feliciano, who is being held in New York City's jail system, is the boyfriend of the baby's 31-year-old mother, the report said.

The area was searched after the mother told police Feliciano had fatally beaten the baby on Dec. 10 in the Bronx and that the two dumped the body Dover, according to the report. The couple reportedly stayed at Heidi's Inn in Brewster after traveling to the area.
