Covid-19: New Rochelle Fire Captain Dies From Virus A high-ranking member of a Westchester fire department has died after contracting novel coronavirus (COVID-19). New Rochelle Fire Capt. Andrew DiMaggio died following a drawn-out battle with COVID-19.
