Former Hudson Valley Coach Admits To Taking Locker-Room Videos Of Male Players
A coach admitted to taking videos of male players in the locker room of a local college. Dutchess County resident, Richard Kelly, of Hyde Park, pleaded guilty Tuesday, Dec. 7 to 10 felony counts of unlawful surveillance, according to court records. Kelly, a former part-time Marist College volleyball coach, was first arrested in July 2020 on felony charges of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child and unlawful surveillance. New Rochelle Special Olympics Team Stars At Soccer Tournament
Some of New Rochelle’s finest athletes came together for a special competition that saw them take home the silver medal. Athletes from the New Rochelle Special Olympics team played together against rival schools recently at the Regional Fall Sports Festival in Beacon, competing in the popular soccer tournament for the first time and finishing second. ACL Injuries In Youth Athletes Will Be Subject Of Free Hour-Long Program In White Plains
With the frequency of ACL injuries occurring earlier and earlier for athletes, Hospital for Special Surgery Westchester is hosting a special program for parents to help avoid the pitfalls of the devastating injury. Yorktown Student-Athletes Sign Letters Of Intent
Six Yorktown High School student-athletes made their college commitments official on Tuesday by signing letters of intent to play sports at their chosen colleges, bringing the total number of varsity athletes from YHS who will play on Division I and Division II teams in 2018-19 to 18.
