5-Year-Old Hudson Valley Boy Goes Missing Police are asking for help in locating a 5-year-old boy missing from the City of Poughkeepsie who may have been snatched by his father. Noah J. Cruz was last seen on Feb. 16 at a local pizza restaurant with his paternal grandmother. According to the state's Missing Persons Clearinghouse, he was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray jacket, black sweatpants and black Nike sneakers.
