2 Injured In 2-Car Crash On Parkway In Westchester Two people were injured in a collision on a busy parkway in Westchester, including one victim who had to be extricated from their damaged vehicle.  The incident happened on Friday, March 15 at around 2 p.m., when two vehicles collided on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Hartsdale, according to the Hartsdale Fire Department.  Arriving crews worked to stabilize the two vehicles and extricated one person from a damaged car.  The cause of the crash and the extent of the injuries were not detailed by the department.

2 Trapped Occupants Rescued From Crashed Car On I-287 In Westchester Two people were hospitalized after becoming trapped inside a flipped car following a crash on Interstate 287 in Westchester.  The incident happened on Sunday, Aug. 20 around 1:45 a.m., when emergency crews were sent to a crash on I-287 in Purchase in the area of mile marker 9.0, according to the Purchase Fire Department.  While on the way to the crash, state police confirmed that the response would require extricating the car's two occupants. Two Seriously Injured In Multi-Vehicle Westchester Crash Two people were seriously injured during a multiple-vehicle crash in Northern Westchester that shut down Route 100.  The crash took place around 4:15 p.m., Tuesday, July 20, on Route 100 in Twin Knolls in Somers. Somers Fire/EMS responded to the crash and found a four-vehicle crash with numerous patients and heavy damage to two of the vehicles, the department said.
