Route 9 Closure After Crash Expected To Last Through Late Afternoon A stretch of Route 9 is closed after an overnight crash in which a vehicle damaged a utility pole on Tuesday, Jan. 29. The closure is near the Irvington-Dobbs Ferry border between Langdon Avene and Ardsley Avenue West. Motorists should follow the posted detours and expect delays.
