New York Foreclosures At All-Time High, America At All-Time Low Foreclosure auctions in the U.S. are at an 11-year low -- but not in New York. It's quite the opposite, as foreclosure auctions are at an 11-year high, according to a new report by ATTOM Data Solutions, curator of the nation’s largest multi-sourced property database.
