Luis Rondon, age 50, of New Windsor, was sentenced on Wednesday, Dec. 14 for the death of the woman he was reportedly having an affair with, said Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler. Inside Her Area Apartment, DA Says A Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority sergeant apprehended in California for the murder of his 32-year-old girlfriend at an apartment complex in the Hudson Valley bludgeoned her with a hammer, prosecutors said at his arraignment.
