Six Hudson Valley Residents Accused Of Scamming $250,000 From Businesses Six Hudson Valley residents have been indicted by a grand jury in a wide-ranging fraud scheme that costs area businesses more than $250,000. Orange County resident Patrick Edwin Gorychka, 37, of New Windsor, was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 4, and charged with one count of distribution and receipt of child pornography,  said Geoffrey Berman, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
