3,000 Bags Of Heroin Seized In Massive Hudson Valley Bust A routine traffic stop by a New Windsor police officer on Wednesday led to the discovery of more than 3,000 bags of heroin and the arrest of a local man, according to the Town of New Windsor Police. The drugs were discovered when Officer Frank Pierri conducted a traffic stop on Walsh Road. During the course of the traffic stop, it was discovered that the driver, Harold R. Perez, 41, of New Windsor, was in possession of 440 bags of heroin, said Lt.
