Public Invited To Attend Latimer State Of County Address Westchester County Executive George Latimer invites the public to attend his 2019 State of the County Address and reception, which is scheduled for Thursday, April 11 at 7 p.m. The address will take place at the Board of Legislators Chambers at the Michaelin Office Building, located at 148 Martine Avenue in White Plains. County Executive Latimer’s State of the County Address, which will be his second, is mandated by the Westchester County Charter. Those interested in attending may RSVP by sending an email to communications@westchestergov.com by Friday, April 5.
