Grand Marshal Named For 22nd White Plains St. Patrick's Day Parade Archbishop Stepinac High School alumnus and business leader Jim Scully has officially been named as the Grand Marshal for the 22nd annual White Plains St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The parade is scheduled for Saturday, March 9 and aims to “celebrate the contributions of the history, culture and contributions of the Irish.” It will begin with an invocation by the President of Archbishop Stepinac High School, Rev.
