New Principal Named At Seven Bridges Middle School Following a lengthy nationwide search, the Chappaqua Board of Education has tapped a well-traveled, veteran educator to take over the helm at Seven Bridges Middle School. The Board announced on Thursday, Nov. 15 that Joe Mazza, who it says has 19 years of “rich and meaningful experiences,” will take over as principal at the middle school, effective as of Monday, Dec. 10. He had previously served 10 years as an assistant principal at the Seven Bridges Middle School. Stiefel will take the helm officially on Aug. 27, replacing Mark Barnett, who will complete his assignment on Aug. 15.
