ID Released For Man Who Fell From Overpass In Westchester A man who fell from an I-95 overpass in Westchester has been identified by New York State Police. Salvatore Renda, 55, of New Rochelle, is in critical condition following the incident which took place around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18, at an overpass in New Rochelle, said Trooper Tara McCormick.
