Man Indicted On Murder, Manslaughter Charges In Suspicious Westchester Death
A 40-year-old man has been indicted for murder following the suspicious death of a man in Westchester this past March. Richard Vincent, of Mount Vernon, has been arraigned on charges that include second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter for his role in Mount Vernon resident Randy Street’s death, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced. On March 13, Street, 39, was found by a friend dead in a pool of blood in his basement apartment on South Sixth Avenue in Mount Vernon. A 40-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the suspicious death of another man last week. Richard Vincent of Mount Vernon has been charged in connection to the death of Randy Street, 39, who was found in his basement apartment on South Sixth Street around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, by his girlfriend, said Mount Vernon Police. ID Released For Man Found Dead In Westchester Home
Officials have released the identity of the 39-year-old man who was found dead inside his Westchester home earlier this week. The body of Randy Street was discovered in his basement apartment on Wednesday, March 13 on South Sixth Avenue in Mount Vernon by his girlfriend, police said, though additional details of the incident are still being withheld as the investigation into the death is ongoing.
