Scarsdale Elementary School Evacuated Following Written Threat A written threat forced the evacuation of a Westchester elementary school on Wednesday. The Quaker Ridge Elementary School in Scarsdale was evacuated on Wednesday morning out of precaution, after a threat was found in the building. The nature of the threat was not disclosed by police.
