A Westchester County man will spend years in prison after breaking into the Hudson Valley home of the mother of his children and then evading law enforcement for nearly a year. Jorge Sari-Tenesaca was sentenced to five years in prison on Tuesday, Jan. 24 for breaking into the Carmel home where the mother of his children and her current partner were residing along with the children, Putnam County District Attorney Robert Tendy announced on Thursday, Feb. 16. Heroin Dealer In Hudson Valley Sentenced On Drug, Weapon Charges
A felon with multiple previous narcotics arrests will spend nearly a decade in prison after pleading guilty to multiple drug and weapon charges. Putnam County District Attorney Robert Tendy announced on Thursday, Jan. 27 that Mahopac resident Kyle Novotny has been sentenced to seven years in state prison followed by two years of post-release supervision following his guilty plea in December. Man Sentenced For Stealing $103,050 From Woman In Hudson Valley
A career criminal from Long Island who was busted by undercover police officers after scamming an 85-year-old Hudson Valley woman out of more than $100,000 has been sentenced after being convicted by a jury on multiple charges, the Putnam County District Attorney’s Office announced.
