NY School District Issues Warning For Thc-laced Cookies Packaged As Popular Brand Names A New York school district is cautioning the community to be wary after discovering that there were cannabis-laced cookies designed to look like name-brand products being sold on store shelves. The PTA for the district, located on Long Island, in the city of Long Beach in Nassau County, alerted Schools Superintendent Jennifer Gallagher that local stores were carrying cannabis-laced cookies that are designed to look exactly like Chips Ahoy and Oreos (see photos above). White Plains Native Linda Reiter, Valhalla PTA Photographer/Historian, Dies At 35 A Valhalla PTA photographer and historian who was a native of White Plains, Linda Reiter, died Friday, Aug. 23 at age 35. Linda Valentina Reiter, of Valhalla, was born in White Plains on Feb. 14, 1984, to Emanuela and Bartolomeo Scalici.  Reiter graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor of science degree in mathematics in 2006. She and husband, Benjamin married in White Plains on July 19, 2008. In 2013, after working for seven years as an analyst, she left her job to begin her new career as a full-time mother.  Reiter is survived by her husband, Ben, and her son, Ryan; …
