Westchester Man Charged With Abusing 4-Year-Old Mini Bull Terrier
A Westchester man was arrested following an investigation into a lifetime of animal abuse involving a 4-year-old mini bull terrier. The SPCA of Westchester’s Humane Law Enforcement Unit and Pound Ridge police arrested Pound Ridge resident Paul Paulino, 32, on Thursday, Dec. 5, after investigating allegations of animal abuse.
