A New York woman was taken into custody in connection with a confrontation on a busy Connecticut road during which she claimed to be a police officer, authorities said.
Westchester County resident Kimberly Nelson of New Rochelle, age 25, turned herself in to Connecticut State Police on Tuesday, Feb. 20 in connection with an incident that happened in March 2023, State Police announced on Thursday, Feb. 22.
