Three Injured In Separate New Rochelle Shootings Multiple shootings were reported within 24 hours of each other in New Rochelle, police said. The first shooting came shortly before 8:20 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 7, police said.  Two people were shot near Winthrop Avenue and transported to Jacobi Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries. No arrests were made in that shooting.
