Seven Westchester Residents Charged With DWI By State Police With law enforcement agencies in the Hudson Valley continuing their crackdown on drunk, drugged and distracted driving, several local residents were among two dozen motorists who found themselves charged with DWI offenses in the area this past week. Local residents charged were: Westchester County On Friday, Sept. 7, State Police from Brewster arrested Michele Drella, 53, of Mount Kisco, for DWI. State Police responded to Lincoln Hall in Somers for a report of a missing teenager on Monday, April 16 at 10 a.m. Staff at Lincoln Hall reported the 17-year-old Abraham Jimenez Galdamez jumped a wall near Lovell Street and Route 202.  Galdamez is approximately 5-foot-6, 127 pounds, has black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing black pants.
