Jamie Petrone, age 42, pleaded guilty on Monday, March 28, to wire fraud and filing a false tax return, according to Leonard Boyle, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Man Sentenced For Presenting Police With Forged Document In Westchester A man who tried to pull a fast one on police in Westchester with a forged document was sentenced after being found guilty by a jury last year. Ian Davis, 32, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty last year following a weeklong trial of presenting police with a forged document when he tried to get a Land Rover out of impound.  Davis was found guilty of criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.
