Teen Suspect Nabbed In Mid-July Westchester Homicide An 18-year-old Northern Westchester resident has been arrested for the shooting death of a man in July. Demetrius Bogan of Peekskill was arrested Friday following an exhaustive three-week investigation into the July 13 murder of Khalil Lyons, 22, of the Bronx, said Peekskill Chief of Police Don Halmy.
