I-287 Crash Leads To DWI Charge For Man With BAC Twice Legal Limit, Police Say A late-night traffic stop over the weekend led to the arrest of a man from Westchester who was allegedly driving with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit, police said. New York State Police troopers stopped Port Chester resident Juan Cervantes, 26, on I-287 in Harrison when he committed vehicle and traffic violations. During the subsequent stop, it was determined that Cervantes was allegedly impaired by alcohol and he was arrested.
