The son of former NYPD Commissioner Bernard Kerik was among a group of officers who rushed a Jersey City kosher grocery in an armored vehicle on Tuesday following a prolonged gun battle with a couple who killed a fellow officer and three civilians. UPDATE: A police officer, two suspects and three civilians were killed in what became a Jersey City gun battle Tuesday afternoon, authorities confirmed.
