Driver With BAC More Than Double Legal Limit Busted For DWI In Scarsdale A Fairfield County man was arrested for allegedly driving with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit in Westchester, police said. An officer from the Scarsdale Police Department on parol shortly after 9:10 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9, stopped Stamford resident James McBrien, 39, on Mamaroneck Road after he was spotted driving slowly and swerving in a Lexus. During the traffic stop, police said that McBrien had alcohol on his breath, his speech was slurred and he had glassy eyes.
