Popular Hudson Valley Restaurant Closes After 10 Years A popular Hudson Valley restaurant quietly closed its doors with just a note on the door. Diners ready to eat at the P.F. Chang's in Rockland County at The Shops at Nanuet found the restaurant closed over the Labor Day weekend. A sign on the doors directed visitors to locations in Westchester County, located in White Plains, and Hackensack, New Jersey. Calls and emails to P.F. Chang's have not been returned. ID Released For 20-Year-Old Killed Along With His Dog In Crash On Hudson Valley Roadway State Police have released the identity of a man killed along with his dog in a three-vehicle crash on the Palisades Parkway in the Hudson Valley. The crash took place in Rockland County around 10 p.m., Thursday, April 13 in Clarkstown.
