Former Star Athlete In Westchester Dies At Age 30 Claudio Delli Carpini a former star athlete in Westchester died on Saturday, Feb. 19 at the age of 30. Born in the Bronx to Joseph and Josephine Delli Carpini, a Harrison High School graduate was a man of many talents, according to his obituary. "He was highly intelligent, had a great sense of humor, loved to sing, and was an amazing card player," his obituary said. Andrew Nachstein Of Mamaroneck Dies At 36; Avid Collector, Reader, History Buff Andrew Nachstein of Mamaroneck died on Wednesday, Oct. 16 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. He was 36.  He was born on April 13, 1983, to Richard Nachstein and Adelina Portal. Former Boyfriend Admits He Put Murder Victim Valerie Reyes In Suitcase, Authorities Say A former boyfriend arrested on Tuesday for the murder of 24-year-old Valerie Reyes of Westchester admitted during an interview with law enforcement that he bound the woman and stuffed her inside a suitcase before dumping it in Greenwich. Javier Da Silva, of Queens, admitted during an interview with an FBI agent that he did bound and put Reyes, a New Rochelle resident, in a suitcase and leave it in a wooded area, said a criminal complaint filed in White Plains Superior Court on Tuesday, Feb. 12.
