Westchester Man Nabbed For Stalking Students At Hudson Valley HS, Police Say A 33-year-old man has been charged with allegedly stalking a female student and approaching two others at a Hudson Valley High School. The incident took place in Dutchess County on Tuesday, Sept. 12. According to the East Fishkill Police, the department received a complaint of a suspicious man approaching students at John Jay High School in East Fishkill. The man reportedly followed the student in his vehicle and approached two other students in an area off campus on the same day, police said.
