Gang Member In Westchester Sentenced For Conspiracy To Murder Witnesses
The last of five members of the G-Shine Bloods gang members and associates have been sentenced for his role in a conspiracy to murder an eyewitness to a shooting, Westchester County District Attorney Mimi Rocah announced. Between August 2018 and March 2019, Rocah said that gang members conspired to silence a witness who set to testify against them in regards to a shooting outside the Garden Bar & Grill in Mount Vernon in 2016. Man Sentenced To Life For Ordering Shooting Witness To Be Killed In Westchester
A leader of the G-Shine Bloods gang in Westchester with previous felony convictions received the maximum sentence for ordering a shooting witness be killed outside an area bar. Mount Vernon resident Jason Garcia was sentenced as a persistent felony offender to 20 years to life in state prison for a shooting outside the Garden Bar in Mount Vernon in 2016 and later conspiring to murder an eyewitness. Woman Admits To Conspiring To Murder Shooting Witness Outside Westchester Bar
A Westchester woman admitted to conspiring to murder an eye witness to a bar shooting. Yonkers resident Laquanna Kershaw, 32, pleaded guilty this week to conspiring to kill an eyewitness to a 2016 Mount Vernon bar shooting, Westchester District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced.
