Two 22-year-olds face a long list of charges after allegedly stealing mail from residences in the Hudson Valley, including several checks, authorities announced. Bronx residents Devonte Hamilton and Kadon Jackson were both arrested on Wednesday, July 10 around 12:30 p.m. in connection with mail thefts at several household mailboxes in the Putnam County town of Philipstown, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office announced on Thursday, July 11. Wind-Driven Attic Blaze Damages Westchester Residence
A blaze that ignited in the attic of a Northern Westchester residence proved to be a tough battle for firefighters thanks to gusty winds. The blaze began on Thursday, March 21 just after 1 p.m. at a residence in Buchanan, according to the Croton-on-Hudson and Millwood Fire Departments. Home Heavily Damaged, Partially Collapsed After Westchester County Fire
A Northern Westchester home was left severely damaged and partially collapsed after a blaze that took firefighters from all around the county to put out.
