The mother of a Fairfield County child accused of deliberately setting his 6-year-old neighbor on fire claims a newly released video proves her son is innocent and wants the family punished. Dominick Krankall, age 6, was burned around 4 p.m., Sunday, April 24 in Bridgeport, the Bridgeport Police said. A 6-year-old Connecticut boy who was burned by a gasoline ball by alleged bullies was treated to a day at Yankee Stadium and met with team players. Man Goes Missing After Leaving For Work In Greenwich Over Weekend
Police in Fairfield County are asking the public for help locating a man who has been missing for several days. Christopher Harris, 49, of Bridgeport, was last seen on Saturday, Dec. 12, after leaving for a job in Greenwich, police said. Harris never returned home from the job and family members contacted police. He is said to be a diabetic and may be in need of medication. Anyone who may see or know the whereabouts of Harris is asked to contact Bridgeport Police at 203-581-5293.

Man Riding Scooter Seriously Injured In Crash Involving Westchester Driver In Fairfield County
A man operating a scooter was seriously injured after he was struck by a vehicle driven by a Westchester man in Fairfield County. It happened on Friday night, Feb. 14. At approximately 9:53 p.m., the Bridgeport Emergency Communications Center received a telephone call from Bridgeport Hospital stating it had a male party in its emergency department who was struck by a car. At 10 p.m., the patrol division was dispatched to Bridgeport Hospital to investigate.
