Place Of Death Determined For Man Found On Side Of Westchester Road The man found fatally shot on the side of a busy Westchester roadway earlier this month was killed in Queens and his body was dumped in Yonkers, police said. The Yonkers Police Department received a report at approximately 8:20 a.m. on July 16, of a dead body that was found alongside the shoulder of the eastbound lanes of Tuckahoe Road with multiple gunshot wounds near the I-87 overpass. The body was found by a passerby, who reported it to police. Yonkers Police Sgt. Jared Singer identified the victim as Queens resident Brian Brain, 35, who was shot several times.
