Man Shot, Killed While Loading Dumpster In Westchester Identified A man who was murdered Thursday while loading a roll-off dumpster in Westchester has been identified. Timothy Conkling, a 36-year-old resident of Montrose, was shot about 10:51 a.m. Thursday in the area of 342 Ashburton Ave. in Yonkers, said Det. Sgt. Dean Politopoulos. After receiving the report of a shooting, arriving officers found Conkling on the ground in a lifeless state with a single gunshot wound to his head, Politopoulos said.
