The presenter will be Grady Miller, program supervisor for the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.
The program, which is for high school students, is designed as a partnership between the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the school to provide a meaningful work experience for students while they are in school. Students who are accepted into the program will be paid minimum wage. Those who demonstrate reasonable progress toward acquiring work skills during their internships will have an opportunity to transition directly into the program after high school.
