Road Closure: Busy Main Route To Be Affected For 2 Weeks In Westchester

Road closures are set to affect a section of a busy main route in Westchester for two weeks, officials announced. 

Route 119 in Elmsford will close nightly between Vreeland Avenue and Undercliff Avenue for two weeks.

Between Monday, April 1, and Friday, April 12, Route 119 in Elmsford between Vreeland Avenue and Undercliff Avenue will close nightly, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.

Officials added that the closure will be enforced between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. each night.

The road closure will allow crews to conduct construction work.
