EASTCHESTER, N.Y. - An Eastchester father-son duo are teaming up to bring a new perspective to Westchester County real estate.
This week, Kyle Babel joined his father, David at the head of Babel Realty, where the two hope to combine their varying professional experiences to spread their brand throughout Westchester.
The new family venture will “combine David’s 25 years of real estate law experience with Kyle’s fresh, millennial perspective and marketing background to spearhead the Babel Realty brand.”
“This marvelous union of father and son allows us to help clients realize their dream,” David said. “Kyle is passionate about real estate and is especially sensitive to people of all ages and backgrounds. His experiences, personality and commitment help create a one-stop shop that provides more than just guidance regarding real estate transactions, wills and probates.”
Now an established member of the family business, Kyle is tasked with overseeing day-to-day operations of Babel Realty as a consultant. His responsibilities include handling real estate listing and meeting with clients, and he has expressed a desire to utilize his background in marketing and with startups to expand the practice.
According to Ramona Lamascola, who Kyle recently helped close on a home in the Bronx, he is “compassionate, trustworthy and experience. He cares and learns about (his clients) on a personal level).”
Kyle brings an entrepreneurial spirit to Babel Realty, having co-established MADE Hoops, and other startup operations. With MADE, he travelled the country to “inspire talented young players to work hard on and off the court, providing a platform of exposure to help student athletes ultimately obtain a college basketball scholarship.
“I have always enjoyed nurturing my own projects, where I engage with transactions from the very beginning, bring them to life and help others reach their dream. It feels natural and organic to join my father and jumpstarted the rebirth of Babel Realty,” he said. “I have benefited from many opportunities where people have believed in me, so I try to also mentor and give back.”
