Auction In Eastchester Could Recover $1.1 Million In Mortgage Defaults

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – The Emigrant Funding Corp. plans to auction two Fisher Avenue buildings on Thursday, Jan. 22 to recover nearly $1.1 million of defaulted mortgage debt, according to lohud.com.

The corporation filed foreclosure papers in 2013 against the Paolino and Lidia Pilano, who allegedly failed to make mortgage payments on 106 and 115 Fisher Ave. in Eastchester, lohud.com reported.

The buildings, which have had mixed commercial and residential usages in recent years, will be auctioned at 10:45 a.m. in the lobby of the state Supreme Court House in White Plains, according to lohud.com.
