SUV Loses Control, Overturns In Tuckahoe

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. - First-responders in Tuckahoe rushed to the scene of a rollover crash that may have left a person pinned in the vehicle.

Paramedics from the Eastchester EMS, Fire Department and Tuckahoe Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Lincoln and Oakland Avenue at approximately 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday, officials said.

Eastchester EMS has requested that motorists avoid the area as crews work the scene. A motorist in a Nissan Rogue lost control of the vehicle and rolled over, landing in the bushes of a Tuckahoe home.

According to a report, there may have been injuries and a person pinned following the crash. The cause of the crash was not immediately available. The situation is ongoing. Keep following Daily Voice for updates.
