Eastchester Woman Charged With DWI After Stop For Multiple Violations

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- An Eastchester woman was charged with multiple traffic violations, including driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop early Thursday on I-90 near Albany.

Cinzia DeGregorio, of Eastchester, was charged with DWI and multiple traffic violations after being stopped on I-90.

According to New York State Police, Cinzia S. DeGregorio, 33, had a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent when processed during her arrest. Police said DeGregorio has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and as a result was charged with felony driving while intoxicated in addition to several other traffic violations. 

She was turned over to a sober third party and is scheduled to appear in court in the Town of Guilderland Court on Aug. 25.
