EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – Evelyn R. Michels, 98, Tuckahoe, died Oct. 15.
Michels loved all of the arts, nature, the New York Yankees and the New York Times' crossword puzzle, but loved nothing as much as she loved her family and friends.
There will be a memorial visitation from 2-4 and 6:30-8:30 p.m., Thursday at the Fred H. McGrath & Son, Funeral Home, 20 Cedar St., Bronxville. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 9:45 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Church, 15 Cedar St., Bronxville.
