At approximately 9:30 a.m. on Thursday morning, officials confirmed that a teenager, whose identity has not been released, flipped her vehicle on Rogers Street after striking a parked car. She reportedly suffered minor injuries from the crash. Further information on her condition was not immediately available Friday.
