Board executive members serve terms of two years.
The board's new president is Helen Hamlyn, of Eastchester; Carol Schiro Greenwald, of Larchmont, will serve as vice president; Donna Drumm, of Greenwich, will serve as board treasurer; and E. Barbara Wiggins, of White Plains, will serve as board secretary.
Hamlyn is vice president for business development and a founding partner of Language Testing International. Her primary responsibility is the research, design and execution of language assessment initiatives around the globe. Hamlyn regularly consults and makes presentations on issues related to language proficiency testing, test delivery and standard setting. Hamlyn has an undergraduate degree in foreign languages and a master's in business administration in international marketing
Schiro Greenwald is a professional services practice builder, marketing maven, and political scientist. Her professional activities include, but are not limited to, serving as co-chair of The New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association's Law Practice Management Committees. She holds a bachelor's degree from Smith College, a master’s degree and doctorate degree from City University of New York. She also has a post-doctoral grant (Eli Lilly Fellowship) from The Bunting Institute of Radcliffe College.
Drumm has an extensive background in the Westchester County's legal field. She is currently running her own law firm, DrummAdvocacy, which serves persons with disabilities and was formerly the executive director of the Westchester County Bar Association. She teaches civil litigation as an adjunct professor at Mercy College, and actively serves on multiple Bar Associations. Drumm has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marymount – Fordham University and a law degree from Pace University Law School.
Wiggins is a human resources management specialist through academic training and work experiences in government, corporate business and nonprofit organizations. After more than 20 years of active military service in the United States and Europe, she retired as a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army. Wiggins has an undergraduate degree in sociology, a master's degree degree in employment policy and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Adjutants General Career Officers Course.
