EASTCHESTER, N.Y. - Louis Pasquale Adiletta, of Eastchester, died Jan. 26 at St. Cabrini Nursing Home in Dobbs Ferry. He was 90.
Born Jan. 12, 1917, Adiletta served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He married Elizabeth Adiletta, who predeceased him on June 23, 2009.
He is survived by his daughter Susan Adiletta, his sister Mary Nugent and a granddaughter. He was predeceased by his 59 year-old daughter Elizabeth "Liz" Adiletta Cornacchia, of Wingdale, N.Y., on Jan. 21.
Visiting hours will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday at Westchester Funeral Home in Eastchester. A requiem mass for Adiletta and his daughter will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday at Immaculate Conception Church in Tuckahoe.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, Attn: Church Street Station, P.O. Box 780, New York, NY 10008 in memory of his late wife Elizabeth Adiletta.
